Warranty Policy

  1. Instructions regarding warranty repair and replacement.
  2. In order to avail warranty replacement and repair services, one should show the valid proof of purchase
  3. A customer may choose product replacement or repair if there is any functional error in product within 28 days from the date of purchase and is also entitled for one year warranty.
  4. For removable items like battery, charger, data cable and earphone, the warranty period is 6 months after purchase.
  5. This warranty policy applies only to Maxobull products sold in India.


Necessary instructions to claim warranty.

Maxobull’s warranty services are applicable only if the product is used normally. If the product is damaged due to reasons other than product quality or under one of the following situations, consumer is not entitled to get any warranty replacement or repair services, but you can opt for paid repairs or replacements:,

  • Warranty period has expired to claim warranty replacement or repair services.
  • Customer is not having valid proof of purchase.
  • If product already repaired at any other unauthorized service center.
  • Faults or defects in the product that are not manufacturing defect or functional fault.
  • If product damages by the use of non-original accessories (charger, data cable etc.) is not covered in the replacement and warranty services.
  • If product is damaged due to any liquid or moisture entering the product or physical damage.
  • The content on the valid proof of purchase does not match the labels on the product or has been altered.
  • Damaged occurred due to irresistible force like earthquake, fire etc., natural wear and tear of the product (for instance scratch or broken marks on back cover, button, display screen and accessories etc.).

Note: All parts, components and accessories replaced during the warranty period belong to company afterwards.


Important notice before sending products for repairing

  1. Please carry original purchased proof while sending product to us. (Purchased invoice and warranty card should not be altered)
  2. For any accessory related complaint, please carry the accessories (In case accessory purchased separately, purchased proof will be required).
  3. For any issue related to product charging, please carry charger along with the product.
