Maxobull’s Return policy

Maxobull is committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. However, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date on which the goods are delivered in specified special case only otherwise once you made order payment it can be cancelled with certain procedures. We can refund product and payment in that condition only if you received the wrong Item as may differ from your choice of booking item.

How to Return?

As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. If in any case, Problem found in the product and the In-box accessories you can immediately contact in our customer care +91 8700087009 and write us on [email protected] which remains 7 days a week. This is the only source entertain any refund or refund request, after acceptance of delivery of the product, www.maxobull.com will not entertarin any returns or refund request. You may contact our Customer Care within 7 days of having received the product and request a return/exchange.

 

To return an item, the customer must write to us at [email protected] , an Instant response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may call at our customer care number +91 8700087009. After which a sanction mail will be sent to the customer on registered email id.

 

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

 

  • Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase (For example, if you receive your order on the 1st of march, the last day to be able to return your item(s) is 7th of march) in original, undamaged packaging. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item(s).
  • Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for a refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred only to the credit card account.
  • Products that are received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the product is not returned in its entirety or if the packaging/product has been damaged, or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges on the refund amount as applicable.
  • If the product has been cleared (no damaged packaging, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), the full amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days.

 

Ineligible products:

  • If consumer wants to return the product for lame reasons like not liking the product or out of their choice product.
  • Products that turn out to be defective outside the 7 days period. Please raise a warranty claim in this case.
  • Products that are received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice beyond 24 hours or delivery.
  • If you have mishandle the product or not used it as directed in which causes the product to be damaged.
  • If you have ordered the product by mistake but it falls under the 7 Day Replacement category.
  • Any Accessories used in the products.
  • Pre-owned products

 

Return Process

Maxobull always ready to help you and thus, entire return process sorted out for you as quickly as possible. In all, from the time you first raise a return request to the time that you receive a replacement, it usually takes 7-12 days. Here’s a quick break up of the process and how much time each step of the process takes.

Raising the return request:

Once you’ve raised a return request, you should hear back from us by the next working day. We may have a few questions and clarifications that we may need before we go ahead and approve your return request.

After approval:

After the approval, we will send you return request acceptance email, after which you have to send the returnable product at our place in original packing and along with all the accessories.

Inspection:

Once the product has reached us, we will need 2 working days to have the product inspected and we will update you with the outcome of the inspection thereafter.

After inspection:

Based on the inspection status and the return type, you will receive an email with the closure of your case.

Note:

Please put the product in the original box packing along with inbox accessories and Invoice.

 

Cancellation request:

For cancellation it is necessary your product is not yet dispatched, here’s how you can proceed with your cancellation request:

  1. Login to your account & click cancel next to your order.
  2. Your order gets cancelled & you will receive an email for the same.
  3. You get a refund (for pre-paid orders).

Note: Please note that this option will show one hour after you’ve placed the order, and not immediately.

What’s eligible for cancellation?

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch whichever is earlier.

 

In the following cases, a refund will not be possible under any circumstance:

– if you’ve returned a product which is  under the 7 Days Returnable category.

– if you or the person you’ve gifted the product does not like the product.

– if you or the recipient of the product has mishandled the product.

– in case of pre-orders where the product was specifically procured for you.

– if a different product was returned than what we sent to you.

– if you are claiming warranty for your product.
