Touch functions is not working. When I tap two or three times in any one pod, it always open Google assistant. Please tell me how to fix it

Sound is really crisp & bass rich. Buds are stylish, light weight. Battery backup & sensors are also goods.
Only drawback i noticed is noise cancellation not working at all, other end always complaining for unwanted noises. Sometimes its so disturbing that i need to stop the ongoing phone calls.
Maxobull team kindly look into this problem & provide a best possible solutions in future with OTA update.
