I have just bought this couple of days back and I am extremely satisfied with the product. It has very good battery back up and lasted for over 5 hrs at a stretch for calls today (didn’t test while listening to music yet for a long duration)

Pathetic..
No customer service at all..
Received after 12 days of placing the order!
The buds are not getting connected to each other.
No response on the given number of cust service.
No response to mail either.
Lost 1500 bucks..
